Online medical board formed for treatment of Dr Zafrullah

An online medical board, comprising foreign and local doctors, has been formed in the treatment of coronavirus of Gonoshasthya Kendra Founder and Trustee Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury, who has now been suffering from COVID-19.

Public Relations Officer of Gonoshasthya Kendra Farhad Hossain confirmed this information to newsman on Tuesday, says media report.

He said a medical board has been formed as Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has been suffering from COVID-19 and severe pneumonia. The team has been formed with doctors at home and abroad.. His condition has not been deteriorated further due to oxygen support. He is feeling better compared to past moment and now being able to take food by himself.

Mentionable, Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has been receiving treatment under the supervision of Brigadier Prof Dr Mamun Mustafiz and Prof Dr Nazib of Gonoshasthya Nagar Hospital, founded by Dr Zafrullah.
